Staging Options
$250 - CONSULTATION AND DETAILED STYLE AND REDESIGN REPORT
In this intensive and fun two-hour consultation for "Occupy" homes, we will be using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to write down everything that needs to be done to get your home the best possible return on your investment! This is a MUST to have your home reviewed with new eyes as we all have blind spots!
- We start with a phone interview, so I can research your buyer/renter demographic and prepare for our Consultation time
- Using a detailed staging checklist we walk through your home/rental and discuss optimal, BIG return-on-investment, staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers/renters. The be

- You also get the "Critical Inventory List" every Airbnb or vacation rental needs to maximize profits and impress guests with a "home away from home" experience!

$450 - POWER STAGING, STYLING AND MINI-MAKEOVER
(FOR OCCUPIED HOMES)
This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging, refreshing or redesigning the main areas of your rental or home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.
- We will make HUGE transformations using WHAT YOU HAVE to make the most of each space!
- I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories and artwork to uplift and refresh your space!
- We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go
IMPORTANT: Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate plus the cost of accessories and artwork)
$750 - ULTIMATE POWER STAGING/STYLING ONE-DAY MAKE-OVER
(FOR OCCUPIED HOMES)
Do you have a home that could use more than a few hours of work? No problem!
- We will make HUGE transformations using WHAT YOU HAVE to make the most of each space! We may include additional furnishings to your existing if needed.
- Upon assessing your home, I will bring in gorgeous updated accessories and artwork to give your home a fresh face and uplift and declutter rooms. Recommendations will also be provided.
- We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go
IMPORTANT: Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stylist arriving

$750 to $1500 VACANT STAGING
(FURNITURE RENTALS/ACCESORIES SEPARATE)
Homes that are empty or need a complete new look and feel will enjoy the ease free process to get your property ready. You can stage a room or two or the whole house based on your need and budget!
- Step 1: Our process includes starting with a home assessment. We deliver a proposal that provides a Good, Better, Best option to fit every budget.
- Step 2: Selection of furnishings and design concept will be presented prior for approval. Upon approval, we bring in our own inventory and/or work with vendors to get the best selection of furniture for your home if additional pieces are needed.
- Step 3: If contractual work is required, we can coordinate and provide project management oversight to make sure the job is done right, on time and within budget. Remember...contractors are not necessarily stylists and designers.
