The vacant home process is simple and stress free and we take the worry out of getting your home ready in a timely fashion. We know its important to get your property ready for market quickly and staged to get you top dollar!

Our process includes starting with a home assessment,. We deliver a proposal that provides a Good, Better, Best option to fit every budget. Furniture pieces, accessories and rentals are extra based on size and need.

step 2

Selection of furnishings and design concept will be presented prior for approval. Upon approval, we will begin picking pieces from our inventory and/or work with vendors to get the needed pieces/accessories to achieve the look that sells.

step 3

If contractual work is required, we can coordinate and provide project management oversight to make sure the job is done right, on time and within budget. Remember...contractors are not necessarily stylists and designers.
