$250 - $450 CONSULTATION (BASE ON SQUARE FOOTAGE) AND DETAILED STYLE AND REDESIGN REPORT
In this intensive and fun two-hour (or more) consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to write down everything that needs to be done to get your rental the best possible return on your investment!
- We start with a phone interview, so I can get to know you, goals and design preferences to prepare for our Consultation time
- Following I will provide a detailed email of the consultion process for your home to include a questionnaire that requests budget, design pictures if you have them and request for favorite stores.
- Based on square footage, your consulation fee will reflect this and if extra time is needed for color consultating.
