Mini Makeover or One-Day Power Stage
If you don't want to go it alone, but are in need of extra support and help, then the mini-makeover package is the ideal package for keeping your budget tight. The Mini-Makeover is perfect for the "Occupied" home which provides four hours (Mini) or 8 hours (Full Day) of power staging to get your property refreshed and ready to sell and/or to receive buyers. With simple updates through accessories, furniture arrangement and decluttering, we can transform a tired home using what you already have and/or suggest pieces to update the look. Our goal is to transform your home into what a buyer is looking for and a space that perfectly reflects their desired lifestyle. We build upon and look to stage emotional connection points that buyer can't resist
Power Staging, Styling and Mini-Makeover
$750 and UP (based on square footage and up)
This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging, refreshing or redesigning the main areas of home based upon the Staging Report recommendations. This is ideal for homeowners short on time and budget to give their property the mini update and refresher it needs! You can choose an option that works for you best:

Consultation: (Starting $275). This process involves a "Walk and Talk" assessment of your home, design goals and what stage of the process you are at. We quickly assess the situation, provide solutions and an estimate to complete the owner occupy stage. Some home owners may only need this option for sound advice and direction. Others will need all hands on deck to get their home quickly prepared for the sale. We will make HUGE transformations using WHAT YOU HAVE to make the most of each space!

We will bring in gorgeous staging accessories and artwork to uplift and refresh your space!
step 3
We will work for up to 4 hours (or 8) in the home making drastic transformations as we go.
