I am a HSR Certified Professional Airbnb/Vacation Rental, Color and Interior Redesigner serving the coastal areas of San Diego, Solana Beach, Del Mar, Cardiff, Encinitas, Leucadia, Carlsbad, Oceanside and throughout Southern California. I have completed the most comprehensive and intensive  certification courses provided by the Home Staging Resource.

The HSR Certification program was the first and is one of the only Accredited staging training by the Real Estate Staging Assocation (RESA) who is the governing body for the home staging industry. I love the diversity of training and the opportunity to continue my growth with ongoing training to stay current and  on trend. 

More about me...I have been married to Brian Pheneger for 33 years and am the mother of four beautiful children (Chad, Josh, Noah and Janaya) and love to spend as much time as I can with my family. We eagerly await the arrival of our first grandchild end of year. My husband and I lead in various capacities in our Christian church family and are passionate about sharing the gospel with others. We enjoy hiking, booking Airbnb's on vacation, a wonderful home cooked meal and exploring vintage stores and delicious food along the coast with family and friends. 

Design is my passion and creating beautiful spaces and beautiful memories for your family is what I love to do.
