Vacation Rental Total Redesign and Furnishings Package
Vacation rentals that are empty or need a complete new look and feel will enjoy the ease free process to get your property ready. Basically, you want the entire rental property organized and ready to go for rental as soon as possible.
- Step 1: Our process includes starting with a home assessment,. We deliver a proposal that provides a Good, Better, Best option to fit every budget.
- Step 2: Selection of furnishings and design concept will be presented prior for approval. Upon approval, we order and/or shop with our "to the trade" discount to provide maximum savings.
- Step 3: If contractual work is required, we can coordinate and provide project management oversight to make sure the job is done right, on time and within budget. Remember...contractors are not necessarily stylists and designers.
Fee structure is based on 30% percent of overall furnishings purchased. Project management and oversight of contractual work will require additional rates at additional $100 per hour. A $100 initial home assessment fee is credited back to your total vacant service when you choose Taras Coastal Interiors for your Airbnb or vacation rental needs!
